How Do I Return My Goddiss Cell Food Order?
1. Please email Goddisscellfood@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Shipping costs are based on the shipping service you choose when you checkout
* We do howevr require that first time customers send their order to the billing address on file with the card account. You are required to do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. We apologize for any inconveninece this may cause.
* ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF A BUSINESS DAY. IF ITEMS ARE ON BACKORDER, ORDER WILL NOT SHIP.

Goddiss Cell Food.com does offer international shipping worldwide. Please be advised that shipping to all destinations that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
Note: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from goddisscellfood.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Goddisscellfood.com reserves the right to send packages with signature confirmation in cases where a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order.
Missing Items or Lost Packages
Missing items or lost packages MUST be reported to Goddiss Cell Food within 14 days of expected delivery date. If we are not notified within 14 days from shipping that a package has not been received, we will not be able to process a claim. If we are unable to file a claim, we cannot send a replacement order or credit you for the missing package.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You must return any item shipped by goddisscellfood.com for a full credit or refund of the product price, keeping the following in mind:
Goddiss Cell Food does not make refunds for any opened containers or bottles.
Item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
You must return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleansing package, there will be NO refund for that cleansing package. NO EXCEPTIONS
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
We do not provide return labels for products being returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If your return is not the result of our error, your *true postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
*true postage fee, in many case Goddiss Cell Food will share in your postage cost therefor if you decide to return a product(s) we will charge you for the full cost of shipping.
